採用後の待遇
| 基本給 | Bachelor's:￥217,000 Master's:￥241,000 per month |
| 諸手当 | ￥100,000 is provided to help furnish your apartment when you move. |
| 昇給 | Salary Raises are based on a multitude of factors: Experience, Seniority, Accomplishments, Hierarchy Status, and Employee Status. The IAP is a contract based assignment, so salaries are fixed. |
| 賞与 | Annual company bonuses are paid in December and June. The calculation period for the December bonus is March 16th – September 15th, and September 16th – March 15th for the June bonus. The amounts vary from year to year depending on the corporate performance, but have been around 1.5 times the monthly salary in recent years. |
| 休日休暇 | There are 243 workdays scheduled for the year and 122 days off. Saturday and Sunday are fixed holidays. |
| 待遇 福利厚生 社内制度 | ALPS ALPINE will arrange for accommodation in an apartment. The apartment fee is JPY 8,000 – 13,500/month. |

| エントリー方法 採用フロー | After providing us with your resume and a short essay explaining your interest in Japan or the company, and we accept your application, you'll have 2 interviews: one with Human Resources, the other with the department you will be working with if you pass the first. |
